I have no idea how but even thought it hasn't been update since 2013!, It still works on my pixel 4a! For any who happens to come across this and try it, you (usually) need to go to your wallpaper settings and find live wallpapers first. Then from there apply it. I recall can't just click the app on some.. Thanks dev if still around!!"
